About John
I am an Industrial/Organizational psychologist by education and training. I have held full-time positions in both the public and private sectors as a research psychologist. My passion for teaching led me to adjunct professor positions at American University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. In addition, I have successfully tutored and coached several graduate students over a twenty-year period. In my spare time, I enjoy golf, power walking, working out, and listening to classic rock and R&B music.

I have training modules, study guides, and practice exercises to help you learn (or review) the basics of statistics for the social and behavioral sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology, education, political science, etc.). I also assist students in analyzing data (using SPSS) for their capstone, thesis, or dissertation projects and reviewing and editing their research.
