I have been working as a Head of Department – Mathematics for last 3 years and have an extended knowledge of team building with resourceful and engaging teaching style demonstrated for 6 years of academic experience. I try to use different teaching method as per the students background knowledge and his needs. Generally, I introduce my topic with simple question "Why we need to study a particular topic" which gives a sense to a student about topic and its applications after studying it I believe.
