About Ayaan
Hi, I’m a student at the City of London School with a big passion for learning and sharing knowledge. Outside the classroom, you’ll usually find me on the cricket pitch or football field (I’m a proud Chelsea supporter—best team ever!), or playing the piano. I also love debating, and I compete semi-professionally, which has taught me to think clearly and explain ideas in simple ways. I started tutoring because I enjoy interacting with people, building collaboration skills, and helping others feel more confident in their studies. Teaching also lets me broaden my own knowledge and gain valuable experiences. Beyond school, I run a non-profit organisation that provides financial literacy resources to underprivileged communities, which reflects how much I care about making learning accessible and useful.

I’m a 16-year-old tutor who understands what it’s like to study for Years 7–9 and prepare for GCSEs. Because I’ve recently been through it myself, I make my sessions interactive, relatable, and easy to follow—while still keeping them informative and focused on exam success. Whether you need help understanding tricky topics or want to build confidence before your GCSEs, my lessons are designed to make learning biology clear and enjoyable.

Ayaan is an incredible friend and a truly amazing tutor, and I am incredibly grateful for all of the guidance he has given me and the support I have received. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He went above and beyond in his teaching - it really helped me in the end when it came to doing my final exams.
I’ve worked alongside Ayaan in biology and can confidently recommend them as a tutor. They achieved a Grade 9 at GCSE Biology and are now studying A-Level Biology, so they have a deep and current understanding of the subject. When we’ve worked together on projects and revision sessions, I’ve seen how clearly they explain concepts and how patient they are in helping others grasp tricky material. They’re organised, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the subject, which makes learning from them engaging. Anyone looking for supportive, high-quality biology tutoring would benefit from working with Ayaan.
