About Dilan
Hi my name is Dilan and I am a Year 13 students at Watford Grammar School for Boys and study A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics. I am predicted 4A*s and have achieved 10x Grade 9s and an 8 at GCSE (including 9s in both maths and further maths.) I hope to read economics at university. I have over 4 months tutoring experience at GCSE and AS Level after volunteering for EasyA and was also selected to mentor GCSE students at my school. I would love to help more ambitious students maximise their academic potential.

My lessons are typically an hour long and are separated into 2 distinct stages.
Stage 1 - We will cover any new content if necessary, which will typically take 15-25 minutes. If no new content needs to be covered we will reconsolidate previous work if the student desires.
Stage 2 - The remainder of the lesson will be working through exam-style questions together. I have found this to be particularly effective to develop exam technique which is vital as qualifications are only awarded after assessments.
I will also normally set around 30 minutes of homework after each lesson and will mark this prior to the next lesson so I can provide feedback.
