About Cezary
With my experience in tutoring I can guarantee you so.
I have a vast background in helping studetns preparing to a-levels, doing IB projects and making university presentations.
I am young passionate mathematician with great social skills, which help me find a common language with a tutee.
Throughout my education I achieved number of successes:
- Final of Polish Mathematical Olympiad
- British Mathematical Olympiad qualification
- Senior Maths Challenge Gold Medal
- Kangaroo Certificate of Merit
- Laureate of Junior Mathematical Olympiad in Poland
- An offer to study Economics at University College London
Throughout my education I helped my fellow students to understand concepts that their teachers did not explain very well. I helped to pass a-level maths 3 students in Year 13. Also, I worked with my fellow student from Italy on his IB project regarding geodesic domes. I did 16 modules of maths for a-levels which gave straight double A*'s, so I understand what student needs to achieve that.
During tutoring session I make sure we work in a stress-free atmosphere and I let tutee understand maths in his own way. I quickly indentify areas that need an explanation and make sure that tutee knows them ins and outs by the end of the session. I am keen on football, swimming, skiing and other sports - I like making refrences to them, if I can see that helps. As I am a young person and not a teacher, which makes it is easier for tutees to relax and focus on mathematics.
