About Sharuya
My name is Sharuya Mathavan and I am a third-year psychology student. I enjoy studying and learning math and science as I find them fun and interesting. I additionally enjoy taking walks in nature to clear my mind, as well as talking and hanging out with friends and family. I enjoy cooking and baking and always attempt to re-make certain dishes I see on the internet. I also try to learn new languages and learn more about different cultures and traditions.

my lessons will consist of games to help make learning more fun, worksheets to further expand your knowledge regarding mathematics and science, detailed notes to deepen your understanding of particular areas you are struggling with or desire more knowledge about, and supply practice quizzes, exams, tests, and review packages during testing seasons. I desire to create an environment where students can feel comfortable expressing their learning disadvantages and desire to inspire students to gain the integrity to study and expand their own knowledge to help them in the future regarding studies or life.
I know school and homework can take up a lot of time, which is why I offer flexible and synchronous learning. I am available to take classes whenever you want. I can assist with general questions about lessons, test or exam preparation, and teaching specific subjects ahead of time to prepare you for the upcoming school year.
I believe with the right assistance, learning plan, and practice, anyone can succeed in any course! I am excited about the chance to help you in math or science.

Sharuya is an amazing tutor who always takes her time to ensure her students understand complex concepts and provides multiple examples and practice questions. I first started sessions with her during the summer for chemistry and she has been helping me with grade 12 chem. I struggled with chemistry in grade 11, but now I am able to understand the concepts and questions very easily after coming to Sharuya. She always takes her time to reply and help me answer textbook questions, create her own notes, find practice material, and make test reviews to help me prepare for quizzes and tests and get good marks. I recommend Sharuya as a great tutor for sciences and maths.
Sharuya has been tutoring me for a year and half for math and English. I first started off as a kid who was not interested in studying, but overtime, I got more excited to come to class because she makes teaching more fun by incorporating games and practice worksheets to make my learning more easier and comprehensible. I recommend Sharuya if you are looking for fun teacher that makes learning fun and easy!
