My name is Ashwin, I'm a hardworking passionate student who has always had a deep interest in Japanese language and culture from a young age. I used to think learning a new language was impossible for someone like me but after putting in the hard work and dedication I've come to greatly enjoy the language learning process.

My lessons focus on building a solid foundation in Japanese through a balance of speaking, listening, and basic grammar or focusing on whichever my students prioritize. I use interactive activities and real-life scenarios to help keep lessons fun and engaging as consistency is extremely important for language acquisition. With my 8 years of experience as a learner I'll help you set a path to successfully learning Japanese while avoiding common pitfalls and mistakes.
Lesson Length
Each lesson typically lasts between 1 to 2 hours, giving us enough time to cover key concepts, practice, and review any challenging areas.
Qualifications/Experience
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese at university, with 8 years of experience learning and speaking the language. Although I’m new to tutoring, my passion for teaching and my deep understanding of the language will help you make steady progress.
