About Isabel
I am in my first year studying Chemistry at Oxford University. I am experienced in teaching younger students, as I have both organised and run multiple events and classes for students previously. I have four A* in Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and English Literature A level, and 10 9s at GCSE, including Maths, Chemistry and English. I intend on providing interesting, meaningful, useful classes that fulfil the need of each student, and on making the sessions more personal and fun!

My lessons will be tailored to each individual student, and will be based on particular areas that they have been struggling with or need consolidation for each week. To ensure maximum value in each of the lessons, I require notice at least two days before for which subjects and areas the student wants to focus on in the tutoring sessions. Each lesson will be one hour long, and I am available to tutor any ages between 11 and 18.

Perfect! Isabel is a brilliant tutor! She is super friendly and gave me a lot of great advice regarding chemistry. Her explanation to some complicated topics also made a lot of sense and very excited to be having more sessions in the future!

Isabel is a fellow 1st year chemist at Oxford university and has helped me countless times over the last year. Her explanations, even of complex problems, are always clear and concise and I feel her kind demeanour and sharp mind would make her a great tutor!
Isabel is a benevolent tutor that does not mind explaining concepts on a particular topic a couple more times. As a student about to be in year 12 in September, i think that her teaching has gave me a boost of confidence in a level chemistry, so that I can get ahead of my class.
