About Michael
I am an experienced teacher, now retired. My teaching experience in Maths includes all levels from KS1 to KS4 and, while focusing on the requirements of any qualification the student may be aiming for, I try to show students a variety of approaches to problems so that they find suitable ones for themselves. Students are encouraged to work on their own between lessons while we check through the work together and iron out any problems that may arise.

Lessons are taught in a supportive and confidence building way. My business is to show my students that maths is not as difficult as they might think. I have provided tuition in Maths for some seven years now as well as having taught it for years before at secondary and primary level. My students regularly outperform their school's "expected grade" and enjoy a high success rate.
