About Millie
Hello! I'm Millie.
I'm a third year (final year) university student in York studying Nursing. I studied maths, biology and chemistry at A-level.
I know needing a tutor can be daunting, and some of you may even feel embarrassed about the need for a tutor but I promise it isn't that scary! I needed a tutor when I was completing my a-levels. There is absolutely no shame in needing support!

I will ask how the student learns best and adapt to their learning technique. I enjoy using example questions to practice understanding, and the think-pair-share method of teaching.
My lessons will last between 1 and 2 hours, and are for KS2 and KS3.
I myself had a tutor when I was taking my GCSE's and understand how the students may feel about getting a tutor. I am happy to talk to them about the experience.
