About Rachael
I am currently in school to become a Holistic Nutritionist and will be furthering my education in the fall for nursing. I have been private tutoring and leading group classes for ESL for two and a half years all around the world in places such as France, Thailand, and Vancouver. While I have taught ESL a lot, I have also had to learn to speak languages fluently myself (French and Thai), which has furthered my understanding of what my students must feel like to learn English.

I acknowledge that every student is unique, and because of that I don't believe in a "one size fits all" teaching method. I will tailor each class with activities to the needs of the student helping them progress in their target language. I like to creatively include aspects reading, writing, speaking, and listening into each class, with a focus on whatever the student needs most. I can work with people of all ages who would like to learn English, as I believe that everyone deserves a chance!
