About Amy
Hello! My name is Amy and I am an English teacher.
While that may be my 'official' title, I also have a lot of other titles: daughter, sister, friend, college graduate, traveler, reader, movie watcher, music listener, fashionista, shopaholic and so much more!
I love learning and that is one of the main reasons that I love teaching as well! I hold a Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Intercultural Studies, and a TEFL Certificate but what I really have is a desire to learn and explore the world, I hope you have that desire as well. Learning to speak and understand English can be difficult, but the opportunities with the skill are endless.
I believe that the 'classroom' should be a fun and energetic environment where students are motivated to learn and practice English. If you are looking for a welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional teacher you have come to the right place. With my calm voice, organizational abilities, and my educational and teaching experience I believe that we can have a fun time learning together!
