About WAYNE
When I started work with the N.Y.C. Board of Education in January 1996, I had a great desire to obtain certain degrees. I first got my Associates, then I got by B.A. in Education and Music. Then in 2013, I got a Master of Science in Education. I have taught many math lessons. and encourage every student to obtain wisdom so they can Increase their value and be good citizens.

My methodology on teaching is I pay attention to discern what type of learner I'm dealing with. Many are Visual Learners as well as Audio Learners. That is they depend on seeing the problem completed as an example. I do that for each lesson. I don't just tell a student how to solve it. I give them examples so they can do it themselves. This increases confidence in the student and it makes them more independent.
