About Mark
Trained originally as a Civil Engineer, I lectured for many years to colleges and universities to students taking degrees and technical qualifications.
I have been lecturing to college students and business students in groups and giving one-to-one tuition for nearly 40 years.
I have mentored students to coach them through English exams, Open University exams and professional qualifications.
More recently I have taught English to new immigrants to the UK to help them get work and improve their career prospects.

I have helped people young and old to understand technical subjects ranging from basic English (ESOL) to complex engineering. I was a lecturer in building and engineering for many years. More recently I qualified as a teacher and teach English at all levels. Each week we cover a different subject at a speed that suits you. After each session I send you a written report of the key points for your records and further study.
