About Alex
I am a Second Year Student at Durham University studying Maths, Physics, Computer Science and Philosophy, providing me with a wide breadth of experience and knowledge. I have achieved top grades across my GCSEs, A Levels, and university results and hope to provide key insights and methods, both generally and subject specific, in order to help my students do the same. I also have a keen interest in football and basketball and play regularly for my college teams, alongside hosting my own student radio show.

I use a blended approach including direct teaching of material, if necessary, followed by practice and application using techniques and methods I have gained from my studies and experience as a tutor. This framework is adaptable dependent on the age group of the student through a change of delivery or further focus on the content itself. My lessons are usually online and an hour long but I but am flexible dependent on needs.
