About Theo
I am a Chemistry graduate with a passion for cultivating curiosity within young people's minds. I have over two years experience within an organic synthetic lab setting, and hope to be able to give my students the best possible footing to get to a similar level (and hopefully further!)
I also have a knack for explaining difficult topics in many different ways, lending me also to degree level tutoring.

The most important thing for me, is feeling out the level at which a learner is working and where I need to come in. Starting with understanding their strengths and that which they struggle with. From this I can formulate a strategy which will work best for them. I like to create a non-formal environment which allows students to relax into the work; Learning can be driven by curiosity if done right.
