About Shiny
I am a registered nurse working in geriatric assessment unit for last 11 yrs. Also one of the ANUMs. Have experience with dementia specific patients, guiding student nurses and graduates who come for placements. I hold the bachelor of nursing sciences degree.

I never have taught students as a profession, the only teaching I do is in the hospital when students come for placement. I believe in interactive participative method to content focused method too depending upon the topic and time.
