About Jack
I am a patient teacher who has worked with children of varying abilities to give them the confidence to apply themselves to subjects that they may have found difficult in the past. I have a friendly, understanding disposition which puts the student at ease and helps to make their lessons something to look forward to rather than a chore.

I am an experienced tutor with 10 years of tutoring experience and I am a qualified teacher. I have taught maths, chemistry, and physics to A-level and biology up to GCSE. I also tutor iGCSE, I.B, and Pre-U exams for all those mentioned subjects. I am available during weekday evenings and in the day.
I run online lessons utilising interactive whiteboards and other resources to provide engaging lessons that allow my students to make quick progress. I provide tuition for maths, chemistry, and physics to A-level and biology up to GCSE level.
I studied for my PGCE at UCL with a specialism in physics and maths and I taught in both the private and state education sectors before becoming a full-time tutor.

Jack taught my son maths during his resit year. He is currently teaching my 17 year old Maths during his last year of A levels. Jack has brought structure and agility in his approach to teaching, responding to the different strengths and weaknesses of his students. Jack has also been engaging with us as parents with good insights into how to improve readiness for exams. Jacks temperament is well suited to bringing the best out of his students.
