About Tim
After I finished my studies in Germany, I moved to the United Kingdom in 2017, got to know and appreciate both Scotland and England, and after working for the NHS for some time, I went back to teaching, this time fully remotely.

Hi, I am a native German instructor with over six years of full-time online teaching experience, specialising in preparing students for GCSE German and German for relocating professionals and medical staff at the B1–C1 level. My background combines formal university teacher training with extensive practical experience in one-to-one and small-group online instruction.
Next to slides, work and textbooks, I use Wordwall and Schubert online to include games and interactive websites, Nicos Weg to include video and story, and whiteboards to visualise text correction/improvement processes.
I currently mainly teach international medical professionals, both doctors and nurses, who are preparing for the Telc B2 examination and/or the professional recognition examination (Anerkennungsprüfung). However, everyone is more than welcome to get in touch.
