About Jeff
I have been working successfully as a substitute teacher for
20 years for the Sweetwater Union High School District. I have been offered full-time teaching positions; however, I prefer to work part time as a substitute teacher. Why? I am also a very dedicated and active boxer. I’m also a Christian first (Matthew 6:33). My intentions to help my students succeed in life is more important than the money that I receive from this job.

I’m very positive yet I set realistic goals with my students. They will achieve them! That’s given that my students have the desire and that they put in the work! Most honestly and with all humility, my students love me and they always are motivated to complete their work when I am in their presence.
