About Victoria
As someone who suffered from undiagnosed ADHD/ADD during my primary school years, I understand how hard it can be when a student is unable to grasp the subject being taught while trying to stay focused. I never had the opportunity to seek out help from outside sources and that is why I will ensure that students are not only able to master the subject but also retain the knowledge while moving forward with their education.
As someone who struggled with differing subjects in school, I understand the importance of taking back that feeling of knowledge. My favorite thing about being able to help students grasp that knowledge is the "light bulb" moment when everything finally clicks and they fully understand and are able to master the subject!
I got my first start in tutoring through babysitting. I would help the children complete their homework and help to teach them how to work through any problems they may have. Once in college, I spent a few semesters as an education major and then landed a Graduate Assistantship during my Masters Program and was able to help students with any questions or tutor them in the subjects that they needed help with.
I currently hold a Master of Science in Applied Engineering Management along with a Bachelor of Science in Agricutural Business.

My process for working with a new student is quite simple. I first like to get to know them and determine their learning styles. From there I will adjust my curriculum and teaching style to that specific learning style.
If one teacher does not fit your learning style or is not helping you grow...it's perfectly fine to part ways and find one that will.
