My personal approach to tutoring would be to remember that different students have different capabilities in receiving information and as a tutor it is my job to identify it and make sure the knowledge is well received and understood by the student. I always believe that learning would be so much more easier if it invokes the interest in someone,thus I think I can invoke my students much interest in the subjects I teach
