About Joe
I am in the final six months of my PhD in physics studying the mechanical properties of graphene. I have tutored maths and physics both to undergraduates at the University of Manchester and privately to A level and GCSE students.

I tailor my lessons to the individual student, but they will normally involve a discussion of general concepts, followed by working through related examples of the sort that may appear on their examinations. I will also teach you how to organise your thoughts when approaching an exam question you have never encountered before.
