About Sofía
As an experienced educator and graduated Physicist, with my experience, talents, and teaching methodology I have the knowledge and skills required to teach Science to students of different ages and levels. I base my lessons on the specific needs of each student. Depending on the level, I start by working on the theory of the subjects and the work on the problems and exercises, or start by explaining the student's questions on the topic. I always create individual programs for each of my students, and I review and modificate it depending on the effectiveness of it, always focusing on solid learning based on the understanding of the core ideas of the subject.
I also have experience working with ADHD students, and in this case I prepare practical lessons, reducing the amount of ideas to study so that students can keep the attention on the most important ideas. I have had very good results using this methodology with ADHD students in the past, but I'm always open to new ideas and stretegies which could be better for the pupil.

Depending on the level of the student, my tariffs may vary. Please contact me for more information.
I added a transport fee to the add, but it will depend on the distance I need to travel (if the lesson is in BS5, BS4, BS1 or surrounding areas there won't be a transport fee, but if I need to travel outside Bristol by bus or train, the transport fee will be the amount of the ticket of the bus).
The lessons for groups of three or more students will have a reduced price, please contact me for more information.
