As a tutor with a PhD in Biological Sciences and extensive research experience in hydrobiology, I combine scientific expertise with a friendly, student-centered teaching style. My goal is to make complex biological concepts easy to understand through clear explanations, real-life examples, and structured guidance that builds confidence and lasting knowledge.

My teaching method and techniques

I tailor every lesson to each student’s needs, level, and goals.
I use:

simple, step-by-step explanations

visual materials (diagrams, examples from research, practice exercises)

active questioning to check understanding

real ecological and biological case studies to make learning meaningful

revision techniques to help students remember and apply knowledge

I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students feel free to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at their own pace.

A typical lesson plan

A standard lesson includes:

Short diagnostic check (what the student already knows)

Clear explanation of the topic with examples

Interactive practice (questions, exercises, problem-solving)

Application of knowledge to real scenarios (lab examples, fieldwork, ecology cases)

Quick summary of key points

Homework or optional practice tasks, depending on the student’s needs

Every lesson is adapted to help the student progress steadily and with confidence.
