As an English teacher, I've taught students from various levels and backgrounds facilitating online and physical classes - EFL, ESL, IELTS and English for specific purposes.

Depending on the students' needs and levels, I employ student centred activities using eclectic approach where language skills are incorporated.
For example, listening activity extends to speaking task and further consolidated with a writing task to achieve learning objectives.
21st century teaching strategies is also a must to reach students and equip them with knowledge and skills they need further in life. Project based learning is something that I employ to promote collaboration and communication skills among students.
