I studied maths with Adrian whilst at the University of Oxford. I could tell from our very first mathematical conversation that he has an incredibly deep understanding of a range of areas. His passion was evident very quickly!

Adrian is a fantastic teacher, having helped me with several of my (high level!) modules at university. He breaks topics down into digestible chunks which allows you to build a detailed picture. He is great at generating examples and counterexamples to help you learn, and is very good at spotting where holes in understanding may be. He is also very patient and has no trouble with explaining things in multiple ways until it all clicks - I can speak from experience!

I would highly recommend Adrian as a mathematics tutor to anybody. He makes the learning process fun and engaging, and you can tell that he cares a lot about his tutee's understanding. He never gives up on you, no matter if it takes some time for certain concepts to sink in.
