I believe learning piano should be encouraging, structured, and enjoyable. Lessons are always tailored to each student’s age, level, and goals – whether that’s exams, school music support, or learning for pleasure. Over the years, my students have consistently achieved strong results in both practical and theory exams, with theory students achieving Merit or above.

Hi! I’m Ami I’m a friendly and experienced piano teacher offering lessons in English, Cantonese or Mandarin, with over 30 years of teaching experience. I hold an ABRSM Advanced Certificate (post-Grade 8 qualification) and Grade 8 Theory, and I’ve helped many students progress confidently through their piano journey. I specialise in ABRSM exam preparation, but I also love teaching students who simply want to enjoy playing the piano at their own pace.
