About Cyrus
I’m a year 1 Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering student from Hong Kong studying in the University of Bath. I achieved A* in Maths and Physics, A in Further Maths and Chemistry for A-levels. I’ve had 2 years of experience teaching IGCSE students and some students even younger in Hong Kong. 6 of my IGCSE students achieved A* and 4 others achieved A a few marks off A*. My other students took the Hong Kong exams to graduate from primary school and achieved straight As.

I like to fit my student’s hobbies and things they are interested into my concept teaching, as I’ve been through it before and felt that this is the best way to learn. However, to master any skills training and exercises can’t be neglected so I also do past papers with them to make sure they fully understand the adaptations of a concept. With this method, students will bear the concept in mind and can apply it when needed. I’ve also got my own set of ways to ensure achieving a high grade in exams.
