About Kenneth
As a Network Engineer and Programmer Math is at the center of everything I do. When I graduated high school, I had a very basic understanding of Math. In college I had to take remedial math to get up to the level needed for college. This experience opened my eyes to the lack of basic skills being reinforced at upper levels (6th grade and up). Many students today get pushed through elementary math very quickly. Sometimes a D is passing but does not adequately prepare the student for what's coming.
My goal is to reinforce those basic skills so that they can apply them effectively in later years.

Reinforcing basic math operations is key for success in mathematics. Understanding terminology, basic formulas and basic math rules are imperative to have a strong foundation.
Typically, we'll take a quick assessment to see what needs reinforcing and build the lesson around the results.
These lessons are ideal for those falling behind in Math and Algebra because they don't understand the problems as they are presented. We'll go over each problem in detail so that the student understands how to apply the formulas and rules to solve the problem.
