About ANDY
Started tutoring in high school where I was the lead tutor at AVID(Advancement Via Individual Determination). At AVID I was able to tutor students taking Algebra, Pre-calculus, and chemistry. Once I started College where I am studying to be a mechanical engineer, I started to be a freelance tutor. I have taught over 20 students during college and have helped many of them turn their failing grades into passing ones.

I am patient and very understanding, I seek to adapt to every student that I tutor. I go through problems with students to see where they need help in and from there I am able to create a lesson plan. So I split my time in two from going through problems and then giving lessons, I have found that this way I can see how each individual student solves problems and I am able to teach them techniques that suite their style.
