About Rema
I am an engineer and a PhD candidate in computer science at UCL.
I am in love with mathematics. It is the language of the sciences. I have always excelled in the subject with grades such as 94% Differential Equations, 95% in Linear Algebra, 94% Numerical Computing, and 90% in Calculus & Analytical Geometry.
I have tutored friends and colleagues through my university years, always ensuring they get good grades. I then decided to turn my love for teaching and the sciences into a professional career. That is why, I am not only becoming a tutor, but I am also working on my PhD to later on become a professor.

I have a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and a master degree in mechatronics and I am current a PhD student in the computer science department in the medical field at UCL.
I believe each topic and each student should be taught in a unique way depending on the preferences of the students and on the material. I like to use techniques such as visual animations, examples, asking and engaging the students, as well as the use of positive reinforcement.
