About Amanda
I am a qualified Maths and Life Sciences FET teacher, grades 10-12, with a four-year B Ed in Natural Sciences. A hardworking and patient teacher. Willing to assist a learner to reach their goal. I live in Umtata at New Payne AA. I effectively deal with learners who find it difficult to deal with problem-solving and equip them with the skills and strategies needed for them to pass with flying colors. I was in disadvantaged remote areas when I did my matric and told myself that I would strive to become a teacher and help those children who are coming from disadvantaged areas realize their dreams.

My teaching is learner-centered, I use all resources that I may get. Most importantly, learners determine what is needed for them to pass as they are the main focus. I mostly use past question papers and textbooks. Different sources of information usually become useful.
