About Shilpa
Tutored Year 1-10 kids for Math and Science. I have been giving lessons for the past 7 years on and off. I used to tutor my classmates during my engineering period to help them sit for tests.
My strength as a tutor is the connection I get with the students. Also, my strength as a tutor is my understanding of the student's strengths and understanding of the subject.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is giving enough time for the student who requires that time for understanding. Some students may require more time and a tutor should always be able to provide them with time and effort.
I enjoy the interaction between the students and encouraging them to study in a way to reduce their stress. While tutoring I also love the questions that the students get which are out of the box. My lessons include more of involving the students to solve the problems and me guiding them rather than completely giving out the solutions for the exercises.
