About Harry
Hi, my name is Harry and I am a student at Durham University where I am a member of my college rowing club, frisbee team and enjoy going on walks by the river and in the countryside.
I play the guitar as it allows me to relax after a long day of studying. More recently, I started learning conversational French as it is a nice change of pace and will be useful in the future when I want to study abroad.

I will start by outlining the aim of each lesson and how it fits together with our overall plan.
I will then slowly introduce the concepts and only speed up if the student is comfortable and confident with their understanding.
We will then work through problems together and discuss how reasonable their answer is.
I will show the methods and give them tips that I used in my A-levels/GCSEs in order to verify answers in exams. This served me well and I achieved Maths A*, Further Maths A*, Chemistry A*, Physics A* and an A in my EPQ.
Finally, we will have a quick discussion about how the lesson went discussing the student's strengths and areas for consolidation and what to focus on in future lessons.
