About Thomas
I'm Tom, a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Queensland. I completed IB Math AA Higher Level and IB Physics in high school, so I know these subjects from both sides of the desk — as a student who's been through the pressure of exams, and now as someone applying that knowledge at university level.
I'm patient, well-organized, and genuinely invested in helping students improve. Every lesson is structured but flexible — I come prepared, but I adjust to what you actually need on the day. You won't get a tutor who just reads off a worksheet; you'll get someone who explains things clearly, checks you actually understand, and helps you build real confidence in the subject.

Teaching Methodology
I focus on understanding over memorization — break down the "why" behind each concept, work through problems together, then I test you to make sure it's actually clicked.
Lesson Length
Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, with longer lessons available on request for exam prep or tough topics.
Qualifications & Experience
I completed IB Math AA HL and IB Physics in high school and I'm currently studying Mechanical Engineering at UQ. I know these subjects well and I know what it actually takes to score well in them.
