About Kanishka
Hello! I'm Kanishka, a Mathematics graduate with a genuine interest in understanding how people learn and helping students develop confidence in mathematics.
Over time, I noticed that many students are capable of doing much better than they believe, but often struggle because concepts are introduced in a way that feels confusing or disconnected. This inspired me to start teaching and focus on making mathematics more approachable and less intimidating.
I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, understandable steps and creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions without fear of being judged. My goal is not only to help students improve academically but also to help them develop confidence in their own thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Outside academics, I am curious about learning, technology, and understanding how people think, learn, and make decisions. I believe that patience, honesty, consistency, and effort from both the teacher and student create the strongest foundation for meaningful progress.

Hello! I am a Mathematics graduate who believes that most students struggle in mathematics not because they lack ability, but because concepts are often taught in a way that feels disconnected, rushed, or difficult to relate to.
My approach focuses on breaking complex topics into simple, intuitive ideas that students can truly understand and remember. Rather than relying on memorization, I help students develop a clear understanding of why a concept or method works. In my experience, this not only improves academic performance but also builds confidence and independent problem-solving skills.
I have experience teaching Class 9 students and have been appreciated by students and peers for my ability to explain difficult concepts clearly, patiently, and in multiple ways until they make sense.
My classes are especially suitable for students who:
• Feel confused or overwhelmed by mathematics
• Lack confidence while solving problems
• Want stronger conceptual understanding
• Wish to improve their performance through clarity rather than rote learning
Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to the student's pace, strengths, and areas of difficulty. My goal is to build long-term understanding rather than short-term memorization.
I believe the best results come when both teacher and student work together honestly. I encourage students to ask questions freely, communicate their difficulties openly, and consistently put effort into practice between sessions. When curiosity, effort, and the right guidance come together, significant improvement becomes possible.
