About Grace
I am a graduate student of mathematics with a passion for helping people learn. I love mathematics, and helping others enjoy it as much as I do is a really fun and rewarding experience. I especially like helping those that have struggled in the past, as I believe anyone can enjoy math as long as they are given the right tools, a caring instructor and the right approach to how they see the world.

I bring a unique approach to teaching mathematics by meeting students where they are and understanding their learning styles. All kids are different, and it's important to tailor instruction to how they learn.
My lesson plans very from student to student, but I have an initial contact with the student where we go over what they are learning, what they are struggling with and what they understand. Using this I can typically make a plan to help them understand the material they are struggling with in their own way.
I primarily tutor kids in grades 3-12, but I can do any undergraduate college tutoring as well.
