About Joseph
I'm a student at Glasgow University (GG4C). I was part of an in-house tutoring program at my previous school and tutored for a few years. I have level 7 SCQF Qualifications (A1) in both mathematics and computing science. and a Certificate of Merit from UKMT, a UK-run challenge testing logistical and mathematical thinking.

I can tutor for GCSE, National 5 and Higher levels confidently, as I have done these in the past. Any lower is of course welcome, as I have experience with primary students also.
I find that the students know what their issues are better than I could and so I would allow them to decide which areas of their subject they need the most help with and we can focus on those. If the student is unsure, we can either run through the course and highlight areas of improvement or do a paper scan, and we can find out together.
I believe the best way to learn is through practical experience, so I will guide a student through doing a paper themselves, rather than doing it and having them take notes.
