About Chidera
Hello all! My name is Chidera and there are many aspects to who I am; netball and handball are a big part of my weekly schedule. As an aspiring medical student, I find it helpful to do extracurricular activities to relax, but also as a social activity. In my free time, I like to watch TED Talks, maintain my fitness, read scientific and medical books and articles, watch TV shows, movies and sports (my favourite being netball, handball and tennis).

My lessons are aimed at Year 9-11 students, who require extra support for their GCSEs.
The teaching style I use consists of combining fun, memorable and personal experiences with complicated and more complex parts of the retrospective subject syllabus. This stems from the analogy that your memory is a file cabinet and everything that you remember has a tag you’ve found. I teach my students how to make this tag more accessible and recallable. As such, my lessons would be most valuable to those who have a problem recalling, and understanding, complicated sections of the specification.
Typical lessons are one hour but can be altered according to the student’s request.
Personally, I am a beginner tutor who has experience mentoring younger students and teaching peers.
