About Pablo
Nanotechnology engineer, with the soul of a mathematician, giving tutories since 2012. I love sharing my passion for mathematics. I think we all have a mathematician inside, although many times we let the frustration of not knowing how to solve a problem makes us believe that we are terrible on the subject. That's why I open myself to all kinds of questions and explanations, which over the years have polished in all kinds of topics. What interests me is to convince of mathematical truths and to develop intuition; not to make people memorize a thousand arbitrary facts.

I like to encourage everyone to understand in their own way how a mathematical concept works, using concrete examples to capture a much more abstract and general concept. If there is something that I value a lot of my students is that they can feel comfortable with making questions and speculating. Sometimes they succeed, actually many times I learn new things from their questions or conjectures. Although also, many times the ideas presented are incorrect. But, it's from that kind of mistakes that many of the best mathematicians I know learn, because we let our curiosity and instinct guide us just letting mathematical veracity to have the last word. Therefore I consider myself as someone patient, very dynamic, and adaptable to to the context and level of knowledge of any student. It is a challenge and a pleasure to transmit the knowledge I have (and some hacks I have learned) to others.
