About Lindsay
While I have never worked as a tutor before, I have plenty of experience helping students one-on-one with math. I often help students in the classroom and I have been working at this job for a year and a half. They students have gotten better grades as well as an increased understanding of the subject.

My name is Lindsay and my degree is in Psychology. However, I also happen to be good at math. I am currently employed as a teacher's assistant at a charter school. I assist both sixth graders and ninth graders with math. I tend to start with the basics while teaching. I try to assess the student's knowledge so i can figure out where it is they need help. I'm very patient and I try to find new ways to explain things if they are not understood the first time.
