About Shusterov
Greetings! My name is Anatoli. I have been a successful tutor for over 10 years. I studied for a technical degree, but switched to teacher's work, which I do not regret. I love working with people and with children. I can find a way to anyone. I have a lot of experience, I not only know and love my subject, but I can captivate and interest my students. In confirmation of this, hundreds of satisfied students who pass on my contacts to friends and acquaintances. All my students achieve their goals - apply to university, improving knowledge, increasing motivation and interest in learning, etc. We always set a goal with the student and their parents and achieve it. This is my task as a tutor, as opposed to a school teacher. 10 years ago I moved to Finland to improve my skills. Now I work as a teacher at a local school. I play guitar and sing and also teach music. I play badminton, tennis and other racket sports and participate in competitions. I love board games and logic puzzles, which I often amuse students and their parents with.

I teach schoolchildren from the first grade and also students. It often happens that misunderstanding of the subject grows like a snowball, which leads to stress and unwillingness to learn. I set myself the task of instilling in the student a love for the subject. I explain the topic through logic, in simple words, with examples, so that the student not only remembers, but so that he has deep knowledge and interest in the subject. I myself am very interested in what I do, study and know. This interest is transferred to the student and energizes him for work. In the classroom, we first of all analyze the student's questions, which is difficult and incomprehensible to him: Homework, Exams, Hard topics. We analyze the topic of the lesson sequentially, from simple to complex. I try to give more tasks and ask questions so that the student himself comes to the answer, and not just receives ready-made information from me. As a result, many parents note that the child has become more interested, there is motivation and a desire to learn. He began not just to memorize, but learned how to learn and understand the subject deeply. That improved his results not only, for example, in mathematics, but also in other subjects and the emotional background also improves.
