About Hope
Hi! My name is Hope and I am currently a junior at UNC Chapel Hill majoring in Biology and Pre-Pharmacy with a Chemistry minor. I was the salutatorian of my high school graduating class and graduated with a 4.7 GPA. During all four years of high school I volunteered to tutor both privately and through my school. I specialize in all types of math as well as chemistry. I hope to leave students with a strong understanding of fundamental math and science concepts as well as long-lasting skills that they can continue to use in college.

I tutored for all 4 years in high school and specialized in all types of math and chemistry. Typically my lessons will be taught via Google Meets and I will use a drawing app to write out math and visual concepts. I can work through any homework or assignments that a student is struggling with. Practice questions are usually the best way to learn for math and science so I will work through practice questions and teach the student different step-by-step strategies for identifying and solving problems.
