About Nisha
I am the Assistant Professor of Pure Mathematics. There are people that say ‘knowledge is power,’ and others who say, ‘knowledge is for sharing.’ IMO the problem with knowledge is power is that people will eventually learn the knowledge, even if they have to buy it or steal it. Think about the so-called ‘arms war,’ where many countries in the world now have nuclear weapons. Yes, these countries probably tried to keep the knowledge about how to build such evil weapons secret. Yet this knowledge has now become ‘shared.’ In my view, it is better to share knowledge, even when that knowledge is potentially dangerous. At least this way all parties can be said to be ‘on a level playing field.’
