About Maria
I enjoy working with adult students and seeing them improve in their coursework as a result of our time together. My education in engineering provides me with a solid understanding of why this course work is important. I have tutored several students in math and physics as they look to fulfill prerequisites for higher education, and look forward to working with you!

I tutor adults at the grade 10-12 level and college/university for math and physics, including calculus in the Coquitlam Town Centre area. I start by providing an overview with the topic at hand and then proceed with demonstrating how to solve examples. I then work with the student to solve examples together, providing tips and tricks along the way, in addition to test taking techniques. I am familiar with AP, IB, and BC curriculums.
