About Helen
I am a Physics student at Imperial College London and have been tutoring for a year now. I have tutored 6 students over this time and thoroughly enjoyed it!
At GCSEs, I achieved grade 9s in Maths and all the Sciences. Having recently done the exams, I know what the exam material is like and how best to revise it.

I approach each topic by initally breaking them down into sub-sections. This makes it easy to see what we will cover without it looking overwhelming.
When we start a new sub-topic, I like to give a detailed walk-through of how to solve a question. Then the next question will be done together and eventually the tutee will be able to do questions by themselves. Practice is key for fluency when it comes to maths.
