About Hazel
Hello! I'm Hazel. I am an outgoing and patient A-level student in my second year at Brighton, Hove & Sussex Sixth Form College studying maths, further maths and physics - having achieved an A* in mathematics A-level. I have a great set of GCSEs including five 9's and have some experience mentoring A-level students in maths and physics, as well as GCSE maths students. I have a passion for maths and have applied for mathematics at Cambridge, amongst other universities.
I approach tutoring with an openness and enjoy the challenge of teaching others, whether its hard skills like calculus or soft skills like how to approach a new mathematical puzzle. I can tutor one-off sessions before exam season or more regular, weekly ones. I am happy to teach in-person or online - whatever suits you best. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
