About Guruom
Having recently completed my GCSEs with top grades, I have a deep passion for STEM subjects and a fresh, first-hand understanding of the current curriculum and exam requirements.
I want to teach because I remember how challenging complex topics can feel when first introduced. My goal is to inspire confidence in younger students, help them overcome academic hurdles, and show them that mastering Maths and Science is completely achievable with the right support, structured practice, and clear guidance.

As a 17-year-old A-Level student at Wallington County Grammar School studying Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, I provide focused 1-hour tutoring sessions designed to help GCSE and KS3 students reach their full potential. Having recently achieved top GCSE grades myself, I know the exact methods required to turn complex subjects into maximum exam marks.
How I ensure maximum results in every 1-hour session:
Concept Clarity First: I dedicate the first part of each session to breaking down tough concepts into simple, intuitive steps so you truly understand the subject, not just memorise it.
Mark Scheme Mastery: I teach you how to decode examiners' mark schemes, highlighting the exact keywords and workings required to secure every method and final mark.
