About Ollie

I am a friendly, hard-working sixth form student with strong communication and support skills developed through volunteering at my local library, completing my DofE Silver Award, as well as being a Young Carer. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility and how to properly assist others with different needs as applies to a tutoring role.

Being an existing A-level Mathematics student, I can easily convey concepts on GCSE-level maths and break down problems in accordance with the understanding style of the learner. I want to assist students in understanding basic concepts and learning ways to revise effectively and gain confidence in answering exam questions. I am an organised and punctual person who would like to teach positively and motivate students regardless of their requirements.

About the lesson

I will track the topics that the student needs to learn, what they are good at and what needs practice.
I will adapt to their preferred learning techniques so that we can work together to get the best possible grade for each individual student.
Each lesson would typically be an hour.
Aimed at GCSE students.
I have an 8 at GCSE and predicted A at A-Level.
